Valley Compounds currently reviews and ships U.S. orders only. International checkout is not supported for the launch catalog.

Reviewed Shipping

Checkout uses a standard reviewed shipping charge. Submitting an order request does not mean the order is ready to ship. Valley reviews research-use eligibility, address details, payment status, product availability, and lot documentation before fulfillment.

Timing

No same-day shipping guarantee is offered. Orders move to packing only after payment is confirmed and matching lot documentation is ready.

Carriers

Valley may use USPS, UPS, or another tracked U.S. carrier depending on shipment size, destination, and operational readiness. Tracking is provided when the label is purchased.

Address Review

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address. Valley may hold an order for address review before sending payment instructions or before shipment.
