Acceptable Use

Valley Compounds products are offered only for lawful in vitro laboratory research. Products may not be used on humans or animals, for clinical or diagnostic use, for therapeutic use, or for any form of administration.

Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false researcher or institutional information.
• Requesting dosing, administration, treatment, diagnostic, or clinical guidance.
• Reselling or transferring products for non-research use.
• Using products contrary to the Research Use Only designation.

Enforcement

Valley Compounds may cancel orders, suspend accounts, or refuse service when misuse or misrepresentation is suspected.
