These Terms govern access to Valley Compounds and all order requests submitted through this site. Valley Compounds LLC supplies research-use-only materials to qualified research buyers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, research professional, or institutional laboratory buyer to create an account or submit an order request.

Research Use Only

Products are offered only for lawful in vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal use, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any form of administration.

Orders and Review

Checkout creates an order request. No payment is collected on the checkout page. Valley Compounds reviews research-use eligibility, shipping details, product availability, and lot-documentation readiness before sending approved payment instructions.

Monthly Reorder Reminders

Monthly reorder reminders are optional communication preferences only. They are not automatic billing, automatic shipment, or a standing order. Each reorder is reviewed separately.
