Refund Policy

Order requests may be cancelled before payment instructions are approved or before fulfillment begins. After payment, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Eligible Returns

Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return review within 14 calendar days of delivery if the tamper seal and original packaging remain intact.

Not Eligible

Opened, altered, mishandled, damaged-after-delivery, or special-order items are not eligible for return.
